Cabling / Network Install

From our Project - As an aside, the head network guy on site and the (Security Manager) both want to pass on their thanks to yourselves for a "brilliant job" in installing their LAN network. Their comments were that they do these installs all the time and from their experience the LAN network never works first time, until now.

Praise indeed.

New Splicecom Qualifications

Congratulations to 2 of our engineers for passing their Splicecom Courses

Ian Mclaren (in support) Has passed the Maintenance and Diagnostics Course and is qualified to maintain the Maximiser to the highest possible level

Matthew Blackman qualified as a Splicecom Installation Engineer and is approved to install and commision Maximiser based solutions

I just wanted to give you guys some feedback on your service. We are very happy with the way we have been dealt with, from Martin, he ws a pleasure to deal with, and calls about engineers arrival times to the emails and general communications - its been a pleasure from the start.

 The first engineer was very knowledgable and friendly and went out of his way to make sure the work he did was perfect (except 1 minor problem but I think we will put that down to general human error!!)

When the 2nd enginner came out to tie up the loose ends he was also very friendly and happy to help or answer any questions we had.  

 

Thanks for everything so far - its nice to find a company who seem to take the happiness of their customer seriously!! And that seems harder and harder to find these days!!
